It's easy to use our new mobile passes.
We've partnered with Token Transit to bring mobile ticketing to CityBus, making getting around town as easy as possible.
We've created steps that explain how to download the app, create an account, and buy and use passes with your mobile device. Scroll down for a text and picture tutorial.
1. Download the app.
There are two ways to download the Token Transit app, search "token transit" in your device's app store, or follow the link below.
5. Select rider type and fare level.
If the CityBus logo is not listed at the top of the screen, simply click on the correct logo and scroll down to find CityBus.
Next, select your rider type and fare level. Finally, follow the orange prompts to complete your purchase.
You can purchase multiple passes at once by choosing, "I am buying multiple passes." You'll be taken to the fare screen to select your fare level.

7. Show your ticket to the driver to board.
As your board the bus through the front doors, have your pass ready to show the driver.
Simply open the Token Transit app, click on the pass you'd like to initiate, and select "confirm".
You will only need to initiate a pass one time. It will remain live in your dashboard until the pass expires.
