Fast Water Rescue Team
The Shelby County SCUBA Team, is a specialized team consisting of members of the Shelby County Sheriff Department, Shelbyville Police Department, and the Shelbyville Fire Department. The Shelby County SCUBA Team handles the recovery of underwater evidence and incapacitated or deceased individuals.
Fatal Crash Team
The Fatal Crash Team (FCT) is made up of officers from Shelby County Law Enforcement entities. The FCT specializes in the investigation of fatal or potentially fatal crashes within Shelby County.
The FCT consists of the following:
1- Prosecutor or Deputy Prosecutor
1- Detective
1- Crash Investigator
1- Crime Scene Technician
1- Drug Recognition Expert
