The Shelby County Recorder’s Office offers Deed Recorder Index Books (1822-June 1998) and recorded documents (May 1998- Current year- following day of recording) to be searched through a third-party website. Copies of recorded documents may be purchased through this site.
Property Alerts
Doxpop also offers a service called Property Watch that allow customers to sign up to be alerted via email when there is a change recorded in the Shelby County Recorder’s Office containing the name(s) and/or property legal description(s) that are registered by the customer.
