COMPLIANCE FORMS
These forms are for use by owner and management agents for documenting tenant files and making certain requests to IHCDA. These forms were previously considered Appendix D to the RHTC Compliance Manual and Appendix B to the Federal Programs Ongoing Compliance Manual, but are now consolidated here for ease of access and to remove duplicate forms.
