Fees
All court fees, restitution, Probation fees, and probation drug screen fees will be paid at the Clerk’s office. Your probation fees need to be paid according to your sentencing/dispositional orders. All fees must be paid in full prior to the end of your probation.
Please note that fees owed to Community Corrections for house arrest and Community Corrections drug screens are not included in these fees. All payments for Community Corrections are to be paid at Community Corrections.
Pay at Clerk’s Office
The Clerk’s Office is located on the first floor of the courthouse at 407 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176. You can pay Monday-Friday 8AM-3:30 PM. They accept cash, cashier’s check, or money order. You will need your cause number or an ID.

The Clerk’s Office accepts cash, cashier’s check or money order. You will need to include your cause number and last name. If you want a receipt, please include a self addressed stamped envelope.

1. Call 1-888-604-7888 (5% Phone Service Fee with a minimum of $5.00 will be applied).
2. Go to www.govpaynow.com (3.5% Internet Service Fee with a minimum of $3.50 will be applied).
