Report your damage to Indiana 211

211 is a free service provided by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration.

To help establish a comprehensive assessment of damage, Indiana 211 accepts damage reports from Hoosier residents. Damage reports received from locals allow counties and IDHS to determine the extent of damage and develop the next course of action in the disaster recovery process.

The map below shows the counties and incidents that Indiana 211 is accepting local reports for at this time.

Simply select a Storm Date from the map drop-down (filter) to find the specific incident to report damage for. The map will update to show which counties are accepting damage reports on 211 for that incident.

  • If your county is listed below, call 211 (or 866-211-9966) to report damage sustained on your property. You may also go to the 211 website and fill out the damage report form online.
  • If your county is not listed below, or your commercial or government property was damaged, contact your county's emergency management agency directly with your damage information.
  • Agricultural damage should be reported to your Purdue Extension office. You can also report to your local U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency office.
