Mass Email System Change: Check Your Subscriptions
The state of Indiana has changed its mass email information platform from GovDelivery to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
How this affects you: Future email/text notices will be sent out via Marketing Cloud. The goal is to ensure the information you receive is not disrupted, but some challenges may occur. This is a great time to update your email/text (SMS) messaging preferences.
What you need to do:
- Please take a minute to verify your subscription(s) to ensure you will continue to receive email updates based on your interests and information needs. Verify or update your preferences
- Add IDHS as a safe sender in your email settings. Follow instructions for Outlook and Gmail
As always, you are welcome to update your subscriptions at any time in the future.

The IDHS Public Affairs Section handles all media inquiries for the agency, including for the State Fire Marshal, Emergency Management and Preparedness Division, EMS Division and Office of the State Building Commissioner.

The IDHS Legal Section handles all public records requests and subpoenas.
To submit a public records request, use the IDHS APRA Portal.
To submit a subpoena, complete the Subpoena Request form.

Hoosier Responder Digital Magazine
The Hoosier Responder magazine is a bimonthly IDHS publication that helps Hoosiers plan, prepare and respond to emergencies. The magazine reaches more than 50,000 people and informs public safety personnel (including firefighters, police officers, EMS personnel and emergency managers) of relevant news and events.

Hoosier Homeland Podcast
