Influential Correctional Leadership Program Overview

The one-day program was developed in 2023 to be a mandatory one-day program for all supervisors in response to recommendations from the field to offer supervisory training on an annual basis. This program is facilitated by experienced supervisors at all levels as well as members of the Workforce Engagement management and supervisory team. The program will be updated annually to meet Department needs.

  • Defining Progressive Discipline and Scenarios

Eligibility Requirements

  • Any persons in a supervisory classification
  • Must be Grade Level 36 or above

Selection Criteria

  • Designed for supervisors in all positions both veteran and new, custody and non-custody

Program Schedule

Courses - Offered at each facility based on the schedule set by the Facility Training Department.
