The Indiana State Police serves as the Central Repository for criminal history in the state; and is required per IC 10-13-3-38 to collect and publish an Annual Bias Crime report.
Effective, Wednesday, January 27, 2016, all Law Enforcement agencies were required to submit Bias Crime reports electronically, via the ARIES portal, an enhanced a user friendly application, that current Law Enforcement officers are accustomed.
The Bias Crime Electronic report will be accessible to all enforcement personnel that currently have access to the ARIES portal for crash reports. The Bias Crime Electronic report captures the same information as the Bias Crime paper report. Users are guided step by step, can view previously submitted reports and edit them if needed. All submissions shall be through the ARIES portal (click the link below):

The following reports represent snapshots at a specific point in time. As agencies review cases and update their reports, these numbers will change. ISP will update annually all past reports.
