CityBus is not responsible for lost items left on any of our buses, stops, or facilities. Please take all your belongings with you when you exit. Customer Service cannot contact Operators regarding lost items; riders must wait for lost items to be turned in for assistance.
Any found items will be located at the CityBus Center or our Administrative Office. If you’re missing an item, call 765-742-7433 and describe what you’ve lost as soon as possible. Perishable items are disposed of same day, and all other items are disposed of within two weeks.
