As a recipient of federal funds, Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation (GLPTC, “CityBus”) has the responsibility to use prudent procurement practices in its purchasing activities. Current Invitations for Bid and Requests for Proposals
Hydrogen Refueling Station (HRS)
In accordance with IC. 5-23-5, the Board of Directors of the Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation (CityBus), invites parties to submit Proposals and Statements of Qualifications to obtain financing, design, permit, provide, install, commission, maintain, and transfer a hydrogen refueling station (HRS) for CityBus. The project scope is anticipated to include the design, provision, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of an HRS for CityBus under a public private partnership. At a certain point in time, CityBus would assume ownership of the HRS and will pledge financing adequate to cover its cost.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation for CityBus Procurements
The Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation (CityBus) hereby announces its goals for procurement from Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funded transportation program for Federal Fiscal Years 2024 to 2026. The overall goal is 0.98% annually.
