Our Mission
Our focus is on contract compliance, quality assurance, and all aspects of the contract from an administrative standpoint. We strive for the highest quality of care to incarcerated individuals by monitoring the requirements of the medical contract and working with all members of our team, both internally and externally. The Quality Assurance Managers work with both the Medical Vendor and Facility Administration to assist with the processes for both Medical and Operations. We assist in establishing and implementing policies and procedures related to the delivery of health care services within the facilities.
