The IDOC Classification Division works in cooperation with many facets and agencies within county, state and federal criminal justice systems beginning from the on-set of adjudication through release from incarceration. Several areas are included within the IDOC Classification Division such as Sentence Computation and Release, Operational Support Services, Offender Grievance, Offender Records and of course Offender Classification.
