RiverLink
RiverLink is the tolling system for the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project. The project includes the new Abraham Lincoln Bridge in downtown Louisville (I-65), the revamping of the existing Kennedy Bridge in downtown Louisville (also I-65), a new East End Bridge connecting the extension of the Snyder Freeway (I-265) with Southern Indiana (state road 265) and the rebuilding of the I-65, I-64 and I-71 interchanges. The system features all-electronic tolling, which requires no toll booths, no coin machines, no lines and no stopping.

Drivers with prepaid accounts and transponders pay the lowest toll rates. For drivers without prepaid RiverLink accounts, cameras capture license plates and invoices are mailed to registered vehicle owners. Toll rates are higher because of higher administrative costs.
Vehicle owners who receive bills in the mail can still receive lower toll rates, if they contact RiverLink customer service, open a prepaid RiverLink account and request a transponder.
Registration Holds
A registration hold is placed when a toll is not paid after repeated notices. The first holds are expected to be placed next week. Drivers will not be allowed to renew their vehicle registration until tolls and fees owed are paid in full. If you have questions about an unpaid RiverLink toll please contact RiverLink customer service at 1-855-748-5465.
